Lowell G. Evans
Author
Author Bio:
After developing epilepsy during his college years at Virginia Wesleyan, Mr. Evans decided that he would open the eyes of people to the truth about epilepsy. His goal, starting with this novel, is to educate on an international level about epilepsy and to make life better for not only those with the condition but those who may one day come in contact with someone who is experiencing it. He strongly believes that a person’s life will have an affect on another and desires to be a positive influence to all he encounters.
With The Village, Lowell plans to start a scholarship for high school seniors, using the theme of the book to help raise epilepsy awareness. He is training to become a certified teacher for the "Thinking About Epilepsy" program and is currently working on a screenplay, inspired by the book, to express the significance of worldwide knowledge of the condition.
